The security of your personal information is important to us. All credit card transactions are encrypted and submit to our highly secure SSL server, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).

Our employees are unable to view our customer credit card numbers. Credit card transactions are directly handled by a financial institution, which receives the credit card numbers and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. Ordering

When ordering, simply place your order on our product page. No order submitted by you, the buyer, shall be deemed to be accepted by us unless and until we confirm acceptance of your order by email (where applicable), by telephone or by posting the goods to you. Orders placed through the Online Store will be billed at the price indicated on the review page which includes the price for shipping and the description and illustration of the relevant product.

In order to provide for unforeseen fluctuations in market prices, Global Force Enterprises LLC. Reserves the right to modify its prices on products sold through its Online Store at any time without notice.

Sales Tax Policy

Where required, Global Force Enterprises, will charge the appropriate state & local sales tax. In states where we are required to collect sales tax.

Why was payment declined payment?

If your financial institution indicates that they are unable to authorize your credit card, you will be emailed a credit card authorization failure notification. Please note that your order will not be processed successfully in the event that a credit card authorization failure occurs. We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you and will not be required to provide and explanation.

How will the order show in my statement?

You may see the charge to GFE, LLC. This is the same as Global Force Enterprises LLC. This is the label under which we ship all of our packages. The word condom will “NEVER” appear on your shipping packages except when your order is over or equal to 1000 condoms. This is to insure your privacy.

We accept visa, Discover, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. Check and debit cards that carry the Visa or Mastercard logo are also accepted. To make a payment online using your credit card, while in the shopping cart select ” Credit Card” and then click” proceed to checkout”. Complete the form in its entirety! Credit cards are generally processed within 3-5 minutes of receipt. If we encounter difficulty processing your payment, you will be contacted via email. Once payment is received, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days.

International deliveries are made to locations outside the United States. Due to the increasing mail lost problem, Global Express or Priority Shipping will be used to ensure our customers receiving their order on time. It provides our international customers online tracking feature and insurance up to $100. Depending on the location of the recipient, international order may take up to 1 week to deliver. We reserve the right to refuse service to certain international countries. If special shipping method is required, additional shipping and handling fee may be incurred.

International Shipments take 1 day additional for order processing so If you order Today your order will ship the Next Business Day.

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

When placing an International order please understand that the order MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD HOLDERS BILLING ADDRESS. All international shipments are verified before shipping with either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL ON ORDERS SHIPPED TO THE USA, CANADA AND THE UNITED KINGDOM.

For international shipments, we quote a default shipping charge of $10. This is the amount that we will authorize against your credit or debit card. If the actual amount is less, we will charge you the lesser amount. If the amount is higher, we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping.

For international shipping please check with your local policies to be sure you meet all local governance, laws and regulations. Global Force Enterprises LLC. does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, confiscated or delayed products during shipping for international orders. Final delivery of international orders is under the authority and control of the destination country’s post office. We do not have control over packages after they have left the United States.
